Diet is a complex which is connected with the sum of products consumed by an organism. Proper diet requires vitamines, proteins and minerals. If you keep a diet you can loose your
weight easily. There are different kinds of diet:on the one hand there is a
diet keeping it you are allowed to eat everything but in special time or order; on the other hand - a
diet which allow you to eat only special products but in the time you want to eat. A
diet can change the energy balance and increase or decrease the body fat of your body.
