weight watcher diet

Im a beginner bodybuilder whose been lifting for about 4 months. I am trying to get down the portion of my workout because it really is lacking. Since I started working out I made a promise not to starve myself and at the same time I have ducked eating outside of 3 times a day. During workout days I eat Oatmeal in the mourning and I try to fruits with it. Im just too scared to even touch eggs cause im not at all trying to push my weight up.
