weight gain tips
 So if i do 240-260 with higher reps will i still improve my deadlift so i will have a higher max when i attempt it again. also, what muscle group would you need to gain strentgh in to raise your power cleans. For awhile there my weight seemed to go up extremely fast, now everythings going slow ive been lifting since mid Nov. Finally, I do the same core lifts and switch up the other lifts ex:Sat ill do squats, power cleans, and military press no matter what then ill switch plate raises, upright rows, shrugs, for shoulders and straight leg deadlift (also will those help back. Its just frustrating cause i really want to start at football next season instead of just standing on the sidelines. My diet isnt spectacular but i do watch what i eat and try to get in around 170-200 g of prtoein and take in littler over 2500 cal. but my up right rows or miltary presses havent gone up in two weeks is that normal or am i not doing something correct in my schedule. cause i seem to feel it in the lower back area too) Lunges Calveshamstring and quad curlsi guess youd call them.
