running weight loss

I read somewhere that fake sugar can put quite a stall on for a small amt. ..running, elliptical, stepper. Well, I got up to 232 with baby weight and I lost 32 pounds in just two weeks. I'm reading all of these great success stories about how quick some of you have lost weight and I am jealous. I STILL weigh 200 after a whole year. I did atkins about 6 years ago for fun and I was amazed at how much I lost. I gained with my last pregnancy. I have alot of muscel. I have been lurking for awhile. I started this last wed and I have lost 0. i guess i need to buy the strips to see if I am in ketosis. I work out hard 5 days a week for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. I'm so sick and frickin tried of not succeeding with so called eating healthy and working out - it doesn't work for me. Is there anyone that just does not work for. Not so amazed this time around. Or should i just stop working out altogether on this induction phase. People guess me to be about 160 right now.
