
Hi to anyone who chooses to read this. Please forgive me if it seems like I am rambling from time to time. I usually takes me a lot of typing/thinking to work through something so I expect some of my posts to be rather long. I also expect there to be quite a bit of whining in this journal as that is one thing I am very good at. That being said I m using this as a tool for
weightloss/health as well as the mental issues I have with being overweight.
