weightloss surgery
I have been consulting with my family doctor for a few years now about my weightloss. I am afraid of him suggesting the gastric bypass surgery since my weightloss is starting to become crucial. Does anyone have any ideas of things a doctor might suggest to speed up the weightloss process a little quicker, so that maybe I could approach him with some ideas. And yes I understand there is no miracle cure out there that it takes will power and a lifestyle change, however I have a few other medical problems I am trying to work with that make loosing weight nearly impossible. He has offered the suggestions of counting calories, the Atkins diet, and the 6 mini meals. I have an appointment with my new doctor in a few days and was wanting some advice on how to approach this subject with him without him having me try all these over again. I have tried all of them and none have made a difference at all. I understand that a new doctor needs to start from the beginning as well. So I have since decided to change my doctor.
