weightloss supplements
 I am 30 years old about 5'7 and weigh about 255, or 254 on a really good day. I used to be a chef in the city while I was working on my Masters Degree so I gained a few testing out my entree's if you know what I mean. Im not really into gym bodies and I hate the Atkins Diet. I refuse to give up Sour Cream, Whipped Cream, and Butter! Just the thought of "low fat" makes me ill. I am a pretty heavy breather, so I would like to be alone when I work on this weightloss. I want to avoid "cardio" as much as possible (makes it kinda hard to do long sessions of "cardio" when you have IBS). Im a busy guy so I will only have about 10-15 minutes a day to pump iron. Im willing to spend anywhere from $15-20 a month on supplements. I have A.D.D and I get tired easy.
