 ldyluck41 -- Sometimes when you begin to exercise, your muscles hold on to water thus resulting in either gaining weight or no weight loss. With myself, I tend to gain weight when first starting to exercise and then after a little while, I begin to lose consistently. Just wait it out. Exercise is what your body needs to fuel your weightloss. Myself personally, I'd rather have a nice looking body along with the access pounds gone. Don't worry, it will all pay off. One day you will wake up with a whoosh and know that it is in part due to your exercising.
