Ever get into the situation at work, home or school where you feel like you have to hide your excitement about losing . 3 of the women in my office are having trouble and all I hear is how hard it is to lose and they are doubling up on exercise every day to try to move the scale. I came in today at 17 lbs down from Jan 10th and felt like standing on my desk and doing the happy dance, but had to squash that with all the griping this morning. I didn't want to brag about my efforts. So I guess letting you guys know will have to do. I met my first mini-goal this week, 4 days ahead of schedule.
