dairy weight loss
And now I've tried taking it to the next level by cutting back on dairy, breads, and protein bars. I used to think exercise was the hardest part of the weight loss formula, but now I'm finding eating healthy is the harder of the two. "Cut out processed food" is a good principle to live by, but I also think anything taken to the extreme is usually bad for you. A diet that consists of only fruits, vegetables, lean meat, fish, and nuts sounds healthy, but it also sounds very limiting. And it makes perfect sense. But is that always true. But there's a part of me that wonders if it's really necessary to eat this way. Cutting back on things like candy, cookies, chips, and cake was difficult, but I managed. For example, aren't egg beaters better than eggs. I don't want to turn into a full-blown health nut, but I also want to live a long and healthy life. I guess I'm struggling with how far to take this "cut out processed food" idea. I'm sure most of you have read or heard of The Paleo Diet or similar plans.
