atkins weight loss

I began to gain weight at a very rapid state. Although, I had always been overweight, this was getting out of control. I gained more weight on top of that. I started doing Atkins and from July to October I managed to lose 50lbs. However, I stopped doing Atkins in October and left for Italy, where I ate like queen and gained 20lbs back. Hopefully, that will aide me in my weight loss. DH and I had a miscarriage in October of 2001 and then an ectopic in January of 2001. He put me on Gluchophage, which I stopped taking. He stated that I was depressed and put me on Zoloft. Hi my name is Kimberly and I am 28 years old. However, it wasnt until DH enlisted back in the Army in May of 2005 that I began to get serious about this. I know that I should not have stopped taking it, but I thought I could treat the symptoms, excesses facial hair, skipped periods, obesity, on my own. I saw my regular dr and he did all the test to check my thyroid, diabetes, etc. I was diagnosed with PCOS about one and half years ago.
