I began to gain weight at a very rapid state. Although, I had always been overweight, this was getting out of control. I gained more weight on top of that. I started doing Atkins and from July to October I managed to lose 50lbs. However, I stopped doing Atkins in October and left for Italy, where I ate like queen and gained 20lbs back.
