beach diet plan south

Gym: Five days a week to start, one hour per day - 10 minutes running, 50 minutes walking (broken up evenly throughout the hour). I will work out each morning before work (8:30 start time at work). My plan is to get up at 6:00 each morning - normally being a night owl, I will be getting up at six every single day, weekend, holiday, and no-gym day and varying my bedtime each night to tailor it to when I’m tired and only when I’m tired. No weights until a significant amount of weight is lost.
