calorie counter chart

I started using FitDay today and even though I didn't eat very much (compared to what I usually eat) I was SHOCKED to see my calorie count. I'm doing Atkins and I was wondering if any of you who do and track your calories can tell me how many calories you in a typical day. I'm not stalling or anything so I guess it's not a problem, but I'd really like to know how I size up to other people following my WOE so I can tell if I'm really as off the chart as I feel like I am.
