atkins bars

) I ordered the SBD book off of EBAY and it hasn't arrived yet, so i have just been basing my eating off of the exceprts that are posted for phase 1 on this website, and also a bit from my knowledge of Atkins because i have heard that phase 1 and "induction" are very similar. I did atkins for about 6 months 2 years ago and lost 40 pounds and loved it, but i am a wife, mother, college student and part time worker and is so restrictive that it became hard for me to stay on the plan and still real food and not just live off of bars and shakes. (i already feel better after just 4 days too. (now i realize that sopme of this is water but at least 3 pounds is fat. I am happy to see some of the extras that SBD will alow in phase 2 and 3 (certain fruits, not really "counting" the carbs just eating the right things, whole wheat bread once in awhile so i can take a sandich to school if needed, sf yogurt, cottage cheese etc. I am very excited to see some results this quickly as i hadn't expected that.
