i am living witness that t-lite diet plan works it has been a couple of years since i first tried t-lite,but i know that if you stick to this plan you can lose ten pounds in three days.the very first time it i lost 37 pounds in adout 3 1/2 weeks and following my surgery i gain the weight back after going back to the t-lite diet plan the weight camme off again. yes i recommmend t-lite for anyone who wants a safe satisfying weight lost plan.
