Discussion: Mediterrian dietanonymous:ElisabethHopkins I have been on the Mediterrian diet for a year, and have lost 50lbs and have kept them off. The diet is so easy anyone can do it. I tired to eat “normal food” last week which consisted of mashed potatoes and all that goes with it and it made me ill. I will not try that again, no energy, felt extremely bloated ate at noon still had the meal at 9pm. I would recommend this diet to anyone who is serious and dedicated to weight loss.
