I’m 171cm tall or 5’7-5’8 I’m 9 and a half stone, or 61kg. I think I look okay. I like being the weight I am. I fit a size 10, sometimes 12, perfectly. Currently i want to loose 1/2 a stone, and i slowly loose weight, then put it back on again. I change alot in my weight. But the weight i always feel comfortable when I’ve reacher is around 60kg, and if it goes above 62-3kg then I start to watch what i eat. It’s simple really. I loose weight easily. I just can’t be bothered sometimes. My BMI is 21.2 or something. ?? I wana tone up my stomach for summer though, Any easy ideas?

Now I can say that the healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets and fad diets nor sudden bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example, someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running three miles every day.

Why is strength training and losing weight important? Many people try to starve themselves into weight loss. They think it’s all about controlling calories. Unfortunately, a lot of dieticians and nutritionists don’t really understand strength training, and they also think that it’s just about calories. Calories in, calories out. If you have a calorie deficit, you’re going to lose weight, if you consume extra calories, you’ll gain body fat. While that’s true, it’s only part of the picture. What’s the best way to lose weight? Ask that question and you’ll probably get a variety of answers, depending on who you ask.
A doctor can advise you to follow different diets according to the pecularities of your organism. And that is probably the rightest way of losing your weight.
If you ask your friend she or he will probably say that you should try calories counting system or fat-cut diet. Someone else might say to starve yourself or go on a liquid diet, maybe take some diet pills. Whatever the answer, most would probably fall under the category of shortcuts or, in my definition, a method of weight loss that isn’t long-term sustainable.
And only you can decide what to chose. Please. be carweful not to do yourself harm/ Be healthy, wealthy and reach!

That’s no problem when you have an idea about weight loss. but personally i do not have such. There is no use asking friends about your own problems. I tried to cut on fat and junk foot but it’s all the same. I need a special diet, something that works! Help!
